Blue Raider Radar Jammer Review
Over the past several years a user going by the handle of Mirowave has been stalking the various radar detector and automotive enthusiasts forums promoting a product his Romanian based company makes called that Blue Rader Jammer.
Basically what this user does is he becomes a member of these automotive forums and then engages in threads about radar detectors discussing his newest invention called the Blue Raider radar jammer, posting links to his YouTube videos that demonstrate the effectiveness of his jammer
Then when unsuspecting customers take his bait he takes orders through PayPal.
A few days after he receives payment, he then emails his customers explaining that there is a delay of some sort, promising that he will ship the product in the next few weeks.
Then a few days prior before you’re able to file a refund request with PayPal, he ships your order and emails you your tracking number.
So does this Blue Raidar Radar Jammer Work?
That’s what I wanted to find out, so I recently obtained one for this review.
The Blue Raider Radar Jammer is labeled as being a X and K band radar jammer on the device and is a little larger then an average radar detector.
On the rear of the device there is a 2 inch black plastic antenna that protrudes labeled as being the X-band antenna.
On the front of the device there is a knob to select your speed offset with a blue LED light displaying this setting. Also on the front there is an audio selector switch.
We tested this device against a number of our K-band guns and the only gun it had any effect in jamming was one of our older Kustom analog radar guns.
In fact as demonstrated in this video, this Blue Raider Jammer had virtually no effect on this K-band roadside speed sign.
Don’t Go to Jail!
Now there is another consideration you need to consider if you still want to use this device to jam older police radar guns and that is the risk of going to jail.
Using a device such as this to intestinally jam police radar is punishable by a five-year prison sentence and a $50,000 fine!
Now I would like to ask a favor from you and that is to get the word out about this scammer.
