AntiLaser Priority Laser Jamming System Review
“The AntiLaser Priority Laser Jamming System, the only laser jammer with a brain” – Radar Roy January 2015
Are you considering purchasing a laser jamming system for your car or truck to defeat police lidar speed traps?
Today there are two different technologies that laser jammers utilize to identify and jam police lidar guns, database look-up tables and a computer based algorithm that uses pulse rate matching patterns.
Laser jammers such as the Laser Interceptor and the Escort Laser ShifterPro utilize the database look-up table system that was patented by Blinder, which basically means if the laser jammer is not in the jammers database, it will not jam it.
Because of this the police lidar gun manufactures have been moving toward a system that enables their new laser guns to transmit a random pulse rate and because the signal is random, there is no way for these database driven laser jammers to identify and/or jam them.
Now the second system uses a computer algorithm that uses pulse rate matching patterns, which means once the light from the laser is received by the laser jammer, the system instantly transmits the exact pulse rate back to the gun and alerts you of the threat and makes your car invisible.
The result is that this type of system can defeat all known police lidar guns including the Dragon Eye and it is able to do this without having unwanted jamming codes appear on the officer’s lidar gun.
The Laser Jammer with a Brain
Now the only laser jamming system that has the brains to do this is the AntiLaser Priority system.
Now another advantage of the ALP system it will save you time and money and here is why.
On a larger SUV or truck you would have to install 4 heads of any competitors systems to provide 100% frontal protection. However with the ALP system you only need three.
And ALP controller enables you to plug in a total of 5 heads instead of 4, so you would not need to purchase a second system if you want frontal and rear protection.

Roy,
Will the Blinder HP-905 ever have the ability to match pulse rate patterns like the AL Priority? Possibly through software updates?
Thank you,
John
Because the pulse rate is “Random” there is no way to program this into a database. Because of this no
But the HP-905 is still able to beat the Dragoneye Lidar gun from a long distance despite not having the ability to match the pulse rate exactly? How is this done?

During this test it beat 2 of the Dragon Eyes, since then there have been a bunch of updates
|since then there have been a bunch of updates
You’re talking updates for Blinder? So Blinder is staying on top of things?
-John
What I ment to say that is Dragon Eye has had a bunch of updates, 12 of them and because of this it’s almost impossible for Blinder or any other laser jammer using this database technology to keep up. This is why Laser Interceptor has ceased production.
Thanks for the responses!
-John
Does this integrate with a radar detector for added protection? Has anyone installed one with both systems?
Thanks!
Yes, you can add any of the radar detectors to the unit and would work great
The heads for the AntiLaser Priority system look very similar to the ones for the Blinder HP-905 system. Will they work with the CPU for the AL-P system? Either that or any possibility that Blinder will match the technology and come out with a CPU that can be purchased separately? The timing for the release of this new system really sucks, as I purchased the Blinder system not even a year ago, and now it’s already obsolete. It’s not just the cost of having to replace the entire system, but also hassle of having to reinstall a whole new system.
Yes, they appear the same on the outside, but are very different on the inside, so no they will not interface with the Blinder.
Blinder is in the process of developing a new system now, not sure of the details yet
Roy – Is the ALP system compatible with the STiR Plus and can it be mounted behind the grill of a C7 Corvette while still maintaining it effectiveness?
Yes, the ALP will work fine with the STiR however the lens of the ALP cannot be blocked – Here are some photos from a recent install so you can get some ideas: http://www.radarbusters.com/Install-a-Laser-Jammer-Detector-Corvette-s/2458.htm
Additionally, I am running the STiR Plus with GPS and blue tooth for the Escort Live app.
