Hi Roy,
I would like to mount an Escort 8500X50 Black with red LEDS radar detector on my Burgman motorscooter. It is capable of going over a hundred though I don’t drive it that fast. I have a 12VDC power outlet in a cubby hole that I could use. Now for the questions: Can it take minor vibration. Outdoor weather other than heavy rain. Would you suggest using the Veil Stealth coating on the twin headlights. The bike is fairly narrow and dark in color. The body is mostly plastic. I was planning on using a RAM mount and mount it on top of a hydraulic brake reservoir.I know about the motorcycle models but I have a limited budget. My GPS is a Garmin 1490LMT and works fine for the past 2 years all weather other than a heavy downpour. I was planning on purchasing it from Ebay or Amazon which is less expensive then you sell it for but after reading your recommendations I will buy it from you.
