Report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have done that several time for products that had misleading or flat out false advertising and had great results.

It's called return to Overstock, call CC company, provide them with the tracking info of the returned package, and then dispute trasnaction. Your Credit Card company wants your business more than they want Overstocks money. Trust me, I've done it tons of times. You paid top dollar for a product that was defective that they refused to take back. That's grounds for a dispute. Why else would people want a credit card? Buyer assureance :D I have bank of america. I've disputed about 4 different transactions and never have they given me any problem getting my money back. One time the dispute timed out cause I lost the paper work and they issued a $100 dollar credit to my card out of their pocket!
