In California where I live the minimum fine is $5.00.00 dololers for any foto violation. In my City Charlotte, NC a percentage of the Cam money was suppose to go to the public school system but that never happen. Now there is a huge law suit going on over misplaced funds and the RedLight cams have been turned off. I thought it was for safy?
