Arizona Highway Patrol’s Photo Radar Program
Last Friday I found another one of Arizona’s Highway Patrol photo radar vans on the 303 loop in Surprise that was set up. One item that I found interesting is that one mile south from the van there was a DPS officer running Ka band that was also set up and citing drivers who were still speeding after passing the photo radar van.
I had my new “Flip” video camera with me and shot a video shot the following video describing DPS’s photo radar program.

I too have seen a van like this on the I-10 Just before the Chandler/Gilbert exit. I hate all the cameras and the ass holes who run them. its too bad they cant catch me cause i have one of those special plates. the DPS officers are loosers and nothing have better to do then catch speeders and to think they are protecting us what a joke!! stupid DPS!!
Interesting. These mobile speed cameras are all over the place now and I have also noticed officers like to hang out a half mile down the road after drivers start “picking up speed again”.

this is gestapo bullshit say goodbye to your freedom. There is NO terrorist threat, its all being run by our own government and you all better wake up soon and smell the coffee.
They are not always accurate and you get a ticket for an inaccurate radar, They do know about this , and some places just use it as a source of easy revenue. With a penalty that's easy to pay and forget , there is not a big uproar over it.
